This is a valuable holding situated approximately 1 mile from Navan and is inside the proposed (M3) motorway. Access to the land will be provided off the new road re-alignment as shown on map below and contains road frontage of c. 295 feet (90 metres). Because of its location on the town side of the motorway, this land has great potential for development in the future.
Navan is the fastest growing town in Ireland and a target population of 60,000 set for the next 10 years. This underpins the importance of Navan as a large regional growth centre in the greater Dublin area.
Major residential development is predicted in the near future with the opening of the (M3) motorway. It is predicted that development will occur on the Dublin side of Navan with the (M3) acting as a boundary for development.
From the Navan Development Plan, 2003:
"The alignment of the proposed M3 Motorway and Bypass to Navan, to the south and south west of the town, will lead to inevitable pressure for development in this general direction."
From Navan: Out the Trim Road, straight through Balreask cross roads and continue for about half a mile (650 metres). The land is located on the right hand side, and can be identified by our “For sale sign”.
