Smith Harrington Auctioneers are the longest established firm of estate agents in the Navan area. We specialise in every aspect of residential and commercial properties in the North Leinster area and have recorded many of the largest property sales in this area during this time. Furthermore, being associated with Lisney Auctioneers, we can draw on the experience and skills of over 200 people from offices in Dublin, Belfast and Cork.

Operating for nearly fourteen decades, we have watched the town of Navan develop from a small urban community to the thriving services centre of the 21st Century that it is now. Due to this and our close contact with our clients throughout our long years in business we are aware of our clients needs and the most equipped to handle your properties needs into the future.

We provide a unique service to all of our clients. Our centrally located offices are open through lunch hour every weekday and on Saturday mornings. For the busy commuter and others who are unable to make normal office hours we arrange viewings by appointment on weekday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Qualified in 1973 and has unrivalled experience in agricultural, commercial and residential sales specialising in the Meath area. Tremendous record conducting auctions and private treaty sales alike. Well known and respected throughout the county.

Judy Smith - Residential Negotiator

Qualified in 1999 In Auctioneering and Estate Agency. Worked in our sales and lettings department since then, giving a first class service and bringing a new energy to our sales team. Excellent sales record.

Joan McCullen MIAVI - Residential/Commercial Property Negotiator

Qualified in 1985, Joan has 25 years experience in all property related matters. Highly respected by all our clients due to excellent sales results.

Helen Lardner Assoc IAVI- Residential Negotiator

John Eustace B.Sc (Surv) MIAVI- Commercial Negotiator
